- There were 10,526 total home sales in the Lake Norman MSA in the first half of 2021 compared to 11,875 in 2020. This translates to an 11.36% decrease.
- From Q2 2020 to Q2 2021 the average sales price increased by 20.90%. In 2021 the average sales price was $423,472 compared to $350,278 in 2020.
- So far in 2021 on average a listing stayed on the market for 22 days before closing. The average price per square foot was $200.
