- There were 10,481 total home sales in the Greenville MSA in the first half of 2021 compared to 7,161 in 2020. This translates to a 46.36% increase.
- From Q2 2020 to Q2 2021 the average sales price increased by 12.79%. In 2021 the average sales price was $297,399 compared to $263,684 in 2020.
- So far in 2021 on average a listing stayed on the market for 47 days before closing. The average price per square foot was $128.
